Here it is! The collection of lots and lots of Emma tester photos! In March this year we sent our Emma pattern to 27 women who sewed Emma in their own size and evaluated the pattern and tutorial for us. As always we ask for super detailed feedback and the testers didn't disappoint! :)
All testers have chosen size based on their measurements and our size guide. A couple of important changes we made after the pattern test:
- Both dress variants were lengthened with 3-5 cm.
- The short hemmed sleeve is less wide.
Let's start with size 32 and work our way up to 50.
Sewn by Jenny (@lilla_tivoli) in size 32. She sewed the black/white one in viscose jersey. It's the calf-length dress with 3/4 sleeves with elastic.
Also by Jenny, this red tie dye print is tencel jersey, and it's a calf-length dress with 3/4 hemmed sleeves.
Laura (@laurajohannan) sewed this blouse with short, hemmed sleeves for her daughter in size 34. They used bambu jersey.
Julia (@rutigdesign) sewed a short dress with 3/4, hemmed sleeves in size 36. She used viscose jersey.
Elin (@iderik_design) sewed a blouse with long, hemmed sleeves in size 38. She used viscose jersey.
