Shipping info during Christmas & New Year's 2022 / 2023

PDF patterns are still sent automatically upon your order (to your e-mail address). Check your spam folder if you don't get the order confirmation e-mail in your inbox - this e-mail contains a download link to your PDF pattern.

Shipping of printed patterns:

• Week 51: all weekdays except Friday 23rd. Order on December 20th at the latest for shipping before Christmas (in Sweden).
• Week 52: two times during the week.
• Week 1: two times during the week.
• Week 2 and onwards: daily shipping (on weekdays) as usual.

Limited customer service week 52-1: I'll pop in every now and then and answer your e-mails (contact me here), but I also recommend you to check out my FAQs where you might find the answer.
